1. Introduction

This website is operated by Eneko Vallejo de Olejua , with tourist license number ESS030385 . By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.

2. Guest Registration (Legal Requirement)

In accordance with Spanish law, all guests (over 14 years old) must provide their ID or Passport details upon arrival for registration with the local authorities (Ertzaintza).

3. House Rules

• Noise: Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties or events are strictly prohibited.

• Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

• Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the booking. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 5 guests.

• Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out is by 12:00.

• No Pets Allowed: To ensure the comfort of all our guests, pets are strictly prohibited in the apartment.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund (100%): You will receive a full refund of all amounts paid (including the 20% deposit) if you cancel more than 10 days before the check-in date.

• Partial Penalty (20%): If you cancel between 10 and 3 days before arrival, the 20% booking deposit will not be refunded.

• No Refund (100%): Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival, or no-shows, will be charged the full 100% of the total booking amount.

5. Payment Schedule

• At Booking: A 20% deposit is charged to confirm your reservation.

• 3 Days Before Arrival: The remaining 80% will be automatically charged.

6. Privacy Policy (Data Protection)

• Your personal data (Name, ID, Email) will be used exclusively for:

  • Managing your booking and payment.

  • Legal reporting to the police (Ertzaintza).

    We will not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. You may exercise your rights of access or deletion by contacting us at anne@annesansebastian.com.
